Problem- HP solution center is not opening and may be missing.
- Solution- Either uninstall or eliminate HP printer software.
- Solution- Replace the drivers
Problem- HP Scan doctor cannot run or scan
- Check and change the network type from "public" to “Private”.
- Eliminate HP printer software
- Restart your device again and reinstall the HP printer software
- Finally, you can scan properly by using a scanning app.

This problem may occur if you are using the wrong printer driver or it's out of date. So you should update your printer driver to see if it fixes your problem. If you don't have the time, patience or skills to update the driver manually, you can do it automatically with Driver Easy.
