I can't activate my Netspend card. I have been trying to get through to the support service by phone for more than three hours, but I talk to the robot all the time and my problem has not been solved so far.
The exact same situation happened to me recently. I am also a Netspend client. I spent almost a whole day trying to contact the managers of this company and everything was to no avail. I was either answered by an answering machine or just dropped my call. I do not know how much more time I would have spent trying to contact the support staff by phone if my friends had not advised me to contact netspend customer service, which I advise you to do.
