Hey,

Manually setting up the Belkin router
1. Unplug the modem and router from the power source.
2. Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN or Internet port of the router.
3. Power ON your modem first, then your router by plugging them back to the power source.
4. Connect the computer to one (1) of the Ethernet ports of the router.
