As far as I know, the only way plants could give oxygen for 24 hours under natural conditions is if they are north of the arctic circle during the summer. And even there the light intensity at night may be low enough to limit photosynthesis rate.

Think of a plant as photosynthetic parts and parts that respire like you do (turn sugar into CO2, H2O while releasing energy). The photosynthetic parts can only do their thing while the sun is shining*, but the respiring parts respire 24/7, because they are alive and want to remain so. So most plants* give off CO2 and use O2 through the night. During the day, they also do this, but also take up more CO2 and release more O2, because under sufficient light photosynthesis is faster than respiration.

The * I keep adding is because the CAM plants (succulents and cacti) take up CO2 at night, and then store it to use in photosynthesis during the day (at least when conditions are dry). This helps them save water. So they would give off O2 at night, but not during the day (or very little during the day).

So really the only way plants can give off O2 for 24 hrs is to get reasonably bright light for 24 hours. (Plants in a 24 hr illumination greenhouse would give off O2 for 24 hours, but that is not natural conditions).
