New Feature: Watch Faces
What's new is the dial. The dial has a blue hue that, according to BR, celebrates the encounter between the blue sky and the blue planet. We must say, inspecting the actual watch on hand, the dial is a very nice blue with a textured matte finish but has a sunburst in the center. The usual dial elements – the Bell & Ross brand name and the GMT automatic watch statement, appliquéd hour markers and transferred minute track – remain the same, but in white. The revamped 24-hour markers are now blue on a white background at night and silver on a blue background during the day.

And the brightness remains basically the same
Luminous effects on BR watches have always been excellent. Retains the very bright SuperLumiNova luminous material and excellent legibility. In our photo, the glow model looks blue instead of green in the emissive model. This change is not mentioned in the literature published by Bell & Ross.

As a travel watch, the luminous effect cannot be overemphasized. In a darkened airplane cabin or a hotel room somewhere in the world, it's instantly recognizable, even to weary travelers, and is clearly marked.

The functionality of BR 05 GMT remains unchanged. The handsome appearance is also suitable for the urban lifestyle at home and when traveling. The blue color is very attractive and this is certainly a good looking watch.
