I have sent numerous emails and calls without any help in return. The website is an absolute joke, home decorators collection with more ads and pop-ups than help for its customers. I was trying to buy a lamp/fan housing kit that I purchased. I'm even willing to pay for it, due to the fact that the fan warranty is over 1 year.
