If you want to know about how do I get notifications from Google alerts then you need to start by going to Google Alerts @ https://www.google.com/alerts and type in keywords that users want to monitor. If you have not signed into Google then it will automatically fill with the Google email address. It is optional to toggle search and notification settings.
