Hey. For a long time I chose a fitness tracker for myself, and decided to stop at the Koretrak brand. I read a lot of reviews on different sites and I got the impression that this is a good enough device. I ordered a fitness tracker through the company's website and received it quickly. But when I opened it, I noticed that it had damage that was related to the delivery. I immediately contacted koretrak customer service informed them about this situation, and they made a replacement for me without any problems.
