EMH has introduced the EMH AL-1 System, a smaller crane rail profile designed to accommodate its AL System Workstation Cranes handling loads of up to 250lbs.

AL System Workstation Cranes

As with all of EMH’s AL Systems rail profile sizes, the lightweight aluminium track profile incorporates the EMH t-slot design and anodized enclosed rails, designed to maximise strength and provide maintenance-free solutions.

AL System Cranes are articulating, providing smoother operation, and a low starting force, even when the load is at the end of the bridge, says the Valley City, Ohio-based company. The cranes also feature anti-kick up nylon wheels, to improve the smoothness and safety of movement of the trolley inside the enclosed rail.

The t-slot design, for splicing two pieces of rail together, making installation with a wide variety of integrating equipment easier, such as lifters, end-effectors, chain hoists and smart lifters.
