I am familiar with your situation. Rheem's customer service is not at the proper level. The waiting time significantly exceeds one hour or the call may be interrupted altogether. But my good friends told me how else to contact the representatives of this company. Now, if I need to communicate with them in rheem customer service, which I advise you to try.
