Will RBI be able to scale down the interest rates as recent WPI data hits the 5 month high of 5.79% for the July month?

i don't think that RBI will cuts its key rates as Indian economy facing double deficit problem, INR has depreciated more than 20% this year and it will be very difficult to reduce interest rate by the RBI on its upcoming monetary policy meet.
