If you have trouble sleeping, then you shouldn't treat yourself with pills. It's likely, that the problem is in your emotional state. You need to analyze your mental health. Perhaps you are under a lot of stress because of which you have trouble sleeping. In any case, there is no need to immediately take the pills. I would also recommend you talk to an experienced psychologist who can help identify your problem - try online therapy. You won't even need to leave the house. Hope this helps you
