As you kind of wandered around it, the only people you would see were other MyPLAYERS, who were riding around on their skateboards or their BMX bikes. You didn't really get a sense of people going about their daily lives in the City, and it just felt a little off. This year, you'll be stepping into a brand-new city that's bustling with activity and interactivity. The non-player characters (NPCs) are what give the new city layout its character. They are throwing footballs in the park, there are kids riding their bikes and scooters, and there are people just walking around doing their shopping or walking down the sidewalks. This year, it has a more lived-in feel to it, and it feels a whole lot more believable.”
