If you believe that you followed the Snapstreak rules and your streak has been lost by error, please take the following steps to begin the recovery process:
1. Open Snapchat and Go to Settings.
2. Go to "Support" at the bottom.
3. Click to “I Need Help,” then “Snapstreaks.”
4. In the “What if my Snapstreak is over?” option, choose “Let us know.”
5. Select “My Snapstreaks disappeared.”
6. Fill in the form; include as much information as possible.
7. Hit “Send” to submit your form.
