Reduce the influences of stress on your body.

Stress of any kind, (life stress, environmental stress, exercise, heat, health/lifestyle) will cause the heart to work harder. That’s just how the body is designed.

If you’re looking to lower your resting heart rate, start to work on removing how the stresses in your life impact your heart rate.

Examples:

Life Stresses: Eat more nutrients, less calorie dense foods. Hydrate more and sleep more. Learn about meditation. Gradually increase exercise of any type. Reduce work stresses. Reduce relationship stresses. Identify these items and make a plan to reduce these, or increase exercise, since fitness actually is how you reduce your heart rate at rest.

Environmental: Surround yourself with people who are supportive, positive and promote you to be a better version of yourself. Look for ways to reduce anxiety in your home environment and work environment. Consider trading commute time for exercise time to save time. Make things with your hands (food, clothing, wood projects, electrical projects, tools for your home). Socialize more offline for real personal interaction.

Exercise: Think of something you kind of enjoy doing and then create a path and plan to add more elements of that into your life with the equipment or resources you already have or have the ability to obtain/use. Be gradual with your increase here. Let your body gradually adapt. Make it something fun for you, not a punishment.

Eating whole unprocessed food will go a long way in improving how you feel, hold your head high, and make changes to your whole body over time. It all takes consistency and development. There is no app or gadget that will make a lasting change for your health that you can’t easily do without technology from the last 10 years.

Also, find a way to track this for yourself, and log it over time to show yourself the progress you make or help you identify you need more accountability for yourself. Ask questions. Learn and empower yourself.

Good luck!

To this all I can add a useful application. Since now every modern person has a smartphone in their pocket the application https://apps.apple.com/us/app/welltory-blood-pressure-pulse/id1074367771 it should be for many people who are engaged in fitness and have problems with the pulse. Many say this is the best heart rate monitoring and diagnosis available

It seems to me that the older a person is the sooner they need to download such applications

Older people don't need applications like these, they need to be calm and relaxed in order to avoid any stress. For this, you need to Buy CBD products from Aifory.com, as this is the best way to get powerful calming effect without any side-effects. This pure natural medicine is a good stress-reliver for older people who are having issues.

Good evening, recently many people have such problems more and more often, but this is a small plus, which is that now you can use HRV, Apple Watch HRV, what should your resting heart rate be. So track and monitor your health!
