Southwest refund policy stipulates that if you reserve a flight seven days or more before takeoff, you may cancel it within 24 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund.
It applies to all ticket types, including Wanna Get Away and non-refundable tickets.
The anytime and business fares are refundable tickets, and you are eligible to get a refund if you cancel either of these tickets up to 10 minutes prior to departure.
If you cancel a non-refundable or Wanna Get Away flight after 24 hours after booking, you won't receive a refund.
As per the No-show policy, your ticket value will be forfeited and you won't receive a refund if you don't cancel the flight up to 10 minutes prior to departure.
