1) How to register?
Visit URL www.intelivisto.com
Click on 'login | register' on upper right hand side
Fill in your details in the drop down window, check the 'I agree' button and click the Register button.
2) How to activate the account?
After you register yourself, check the mailbox of your email account you have used to register on www.intelivisto.com
Check for an email from 'Intelivisto' in your inbox.
Open the email and click on the activation link. Your account will be activated immediately.
3) What if I don't get the activation link?
Open www.intelivisto.com
Click on 'login | register' on upper right hand side
A new window will drop down.
Click on 'If you did not get activation mail, then please click here'
An email activation page will open.
Submit the email address you had used at the time of registration.
Check the mailbox of your email account for the activation mail from Intelivisto.
Open the email and click on the activation link. Your account will be activated immediately.
4) How can I change my password?
Login on www.intelivisto.com with your registered email account.
Click on tab 'My profile' in the menu bar.
Click on 'change password' from left menu.
Now fill in your old password followed by new password and submit.
The password will be changed successfully.
5) What are the demo tests? What benefit I will get?
Demo tests are an overview about the products we are offering
In each category, you can take any 3 tests as many times as you like.
On completing those tests successfully (you score 60 % or more) the first time, you will earn 100 reward points.
From each category you can earn max. 300 reward points
6) How can I attend demo tests?
Login to www.intelivisto.com with your registered email account.
Click on 'programs'
A drop down menu will appear, click open the desired module
Select a demo tests from the list and press 'take demo test' followed by 'start test'.
Note: You can attempt any three demo tests from one particular category.
7) How can I redeem those reward points?
Reward points can be redeemed max. upto 30% of the purchase value.
You can redeem these earned points to purchase a product or a workshop.
To use these credit points, when you reach the invoice page check the box "earned points" to avail the discount.
The discount amount will be deducted from the principle payable amount and then click "Proceed to Check out".
Note: These reward points are valid only for a period of 1 month from the date they are earned.
8) Is the payment procedure secure?
Yes the payment procedure at our website is secure.
The link of payment gateway is 'https:' secured.
The transaction you perform is secured as it is secured by 'Verisign'
After the transaction you will receive an invoice as a proof of the completion of transaction.
9) How can I purchase any product?
Online Payment
Login to www.intelivisto.com with your registered email account.
Click on 'products', you will get a list of products offered.
Click on the blue colored 'price tab' in front of the selected product.
Click on the tab "View Cart" in the pop-up window if you want to proceed for the payment else click on the tab "Continue Shopping" to add more products.
Once you click the tab "View Cart" an invoice will be generated.
To proceed for the payment click "Proceed to Checkout"
Select the mode of payment from the 'payment mode' option
Check 'I agree to the Sales Terms & Conditions' and click again 'proceed to check out'
You will be directed to the payment gateway.
Once the payment is done, the respective product will be mapped to your account instantly.
Offline Payment
Login to www.intelivisto.com with your registered email account.
Click on 'products', you will get a list of products offered.
Click on the blue colored 'price tab' in front of the selected product.
Click on the tab "View Cart" if you want to proceed for the payment else click on the tab "Continue Shopping" to add more products.
Once you click the tab "View Cart" an invoice will be generated.
You can deposit the amount mentioned in the invoice directly in the bank. Details are as followed:

10) Can I purchase product through any Credit/Debit card?
There are various payment methods. You can purchase the product through these methods:

11) What is Cash Card?
A cash Card is a mode of prepaid payment. For this you have to first purchase a cash card that is in the form of a Scratch Card. For purchasing product through a Cash Card, after you have purchased the card:
Scratch the 'secret pin area' to reveal the 14 digit voucher code.
Log in to www.intelivisto.com and click on 'My profile'
Click on 'My wallet' and choose 'update purchase credits'
Enter voucher code in the box and click on 'proceed'
Now this amount can be used to buy the product of your choice.
12) Can I purchase more than 1 product at a time?
Yes, you can purchase more than 1 product at a time. For that
Click on 'products', you will get a list of products offered.
Click on the blue colored 'price tab' in front of the selected product
Click on the tab "Continue Shopping" to add more products in the pop-up window else click on the tab "View Cart" in the pop-up window, if you want to proceed for the payment.
13) Where can I find my purchased product?
Login on www.intelivisto.com with your registered email account.
Click on tab 'My profile' in the menu bar.
Click-open the 'My Products'
You can find the purchased products under 'My purchased products'
If any pending orders, it would be reflected under 'My pending orders'.
14) What is the validity time for my purchased question Bank?
The question bank you purchase is valid for a time period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
15) Can I download the Question Bank?
No, the question bank cannot be downloaded. You can study the question bank online.
16) How can I access my purchased Question Bank?
Go to 'my products' and you can find your product under 'My purchased product'.
The study material is in the form of question bank comprising of tests.
Click on the desired topic and you can give the test
The test paper is accompanied with a timer to give you exact results.
17) What are the chances of clearing my exam after purchasing Question Banks?
Our question banks are designed by experts having industry experience of 10 – 15 years and we assure you that if you practice the question bank religiously you will surely succeed.
